I wanted to pop in to wish you a Happy Fourth of July! Dale and I got up early this morning and mowed the lawn just in time before the little rain storm hit. Thank goodness for the rain, we needed some rain. The storm also brought the temperature down, so we were able to have breakfast on the back porch! We always love to take advantage when the weather is right and eat alfresco. Were keeping it low-key this fourth of July, we had a little celebration with family last Saturday. So if every thing goes well this evening and the temp stays down, we’ll be eating a pizza along with a salad and maybe some white wine out on the back porch! A good way to end our Fourth of July!
Back Porch Summer Decor
I made this garland using colorful fabric that I cut into strips and tied on some twine.
Tin Flower Arrangement
You can find these artificial carnation flowers at Walmart for under a dollar a piece.
Summer Tablescape
Purchased this beautiful red and white fabric at Walmart. The dish set is Better Homes & Gardens, another Walmart find.
Zinnias flower arrangement from Queen E’s Garden
Happy Fourth!!
Your table settings look professionally styled….love the color combo and pattern mixture you create for a “photo shoot.” Did you attend Interior decorating school or Is your decorating taste self taught?
Can see your Fourth will be a “Red, White and Blue” day….Love it!!
God Bless you and Dale and God Bless America!
