Greetings and welcome to my blog! We are having wonderful spring weather here in Texas. The temperature this morning was in the 50βs and predicted to be 73 degrees. Usually we go from winter to summer! Ha-ha! We are definitely enjoying the cooler temps!
I am very excited to share some news with you! Clayton Homes photography team is coming to our home today, Sunday the 22nd. They will be taking photos of the Phillips Place! Wow!
Now for Part 2 of our bedroom remodel! Once the tempered brown board strips were installed, Dale sanded the areas were the nails were applied, then primed the strips.
I painted the baseboards and all the trim with two coats of paint and Dale painted the walls with two coats of paint. Good team work! Huh! The walls look absolutely beautiful! I chose the paint color we had painted in our previous master bedroom. I have always loved this color, itβs a very soft color, and it has a hint of blue-gray. (Silver Tradition by Behr) The room has a very serene feel, which is what I was trying to accomplish.

I tried to take as many pictures so that you can see clearly what we are doing. I hope it helps you to see our vision.
Before I reveal the room, my next blog will be a DIY project. I would like to show you what I did with our two night stands.
Tell next time! Wishing you and everyone a blessed week.
Beautiful! I love the soft colors.
