Tis the Season! Today I am showing you my Kitchen and part of my Dining Room for my Christmas home décor. Enjoy!
Let’s start with my kitchen stove and counter top. The wreath my mother made me years ago, hangs on the stove wall. I added the gingerbread ornament in the center. I purchased the gingerbread house at Hobby Lobby and put in a clear jar with snow. On the opposite side I add Christmas faux gold decorative stems to my white pitcher. I love my new Mud Pie Napkins I purchased at a shop, “Bliss” in Sealy.
Lenox salt & pepper shaker a gift.
I painted the Christmas pictures you see here on the wall. I had paper and paint so it was an easy quick paint job and taped the painted pictures over the original pictures. Then added a red ribbon on the sides of my HOME sign and tied a bow around my lamp.
Better Homes & Gardens Christmas plates from Wal-Mart. A gift to myself! Heritage Collection.
Kitchen Island
Fresh garland from Lowe’s. I place the garland above the patio door and added a sign I’ve had for years. I also added pinecones and some faux red berry stems to the garland.
I love using natural elements to my décor. Pinecones I’ve collected.
This year I purchased some Paperwhites. Can’t wait for them to bloom!
In the dining room I put some fresh garland around my painting and it looks wonderful! Added some pinecones for a nice little touch. Used silver, gray and gold ornaments which compliments the painting.
This vintage coffee pot was past down to me, from my mother. I surrounded the pot with silver glass ornaments.
Evening view.
I hope you enjoyed looking through my pictures. I will be back soon for part 2 of my Christmas home tour.
Everything looks lovely … all peaceful and calm.
